Free shipping, always
We offer free shipping on every order, Australia-wide — no minimum spend required.

Order processing
Once you place an order, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process it before it ships. During sale periods or peak demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Multiple items in your order
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in different packages, sometimes on different days, as items may be dispatched from different warehouses. You won't be charged extra for this.

Delayed or missing orders
If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at info@siennazoebyron.com with your order number so we can look into it for you.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to make changes once an order has been dispatched, and we're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address.

Customs and import duties
